Kitchen SenseLive to Eat
I just read a little article that mentioned how there are these meals that make complete sense of everything else you are doing in the kitchen.
After the first bite you think:
"This is why I bought good ingredients.
This is why I have taken time to cook.
This is why I eat."
It reminds me of our quote for quarter for Winter 2012:
Live to eat
Eat to live.
It still amazes me how in a few words it enunciates the fact that Eating can be one of life's great pleasures. While at the same time emphasising the fact that one needs to eat and eat healthily to live.
Now I am only left with the puzzling fact that I came upon all this exactly three years to the day after I entered a little note in the diary about a heavenly rib eye steak that definitely was worth the trouble.
